Taine:
Good morning/evening/afternoon/night ladies, gentlemen... And, well... Um: You.
Today you will feast your eyes upon something unique... Actually it probably won't be that unique, but shush- yes, you again, read, don't talk... Anyway, now where were we? Ah yes, I am going to dazzle you my dearest viewers with words and pictures and well... I don't have any more tricks up my sleeve than that, so...
Liana:
Taine! What do you think you're doing! Get out of here!
Shadow:
He just won't learn...
Taine:
*Sticking his tongue out* What do you know?
*Shadow takes Taine and drags him from the room*
Shadow:
There we go... Now, where were you?
Liana:
Ehem... Umm, yes... Hi everyone, my name is Liana and I am the character that hosts this blog. My handsome assistant is Shadow, and the pesky little blue haired boy-
Shadow:
*Looking at Liana harshly* You're one to talk: Miss I-Dyed-My-Hair-Permanently-Violet-When-I-Was-Younger.
Liana:
*Glaring harshly at Shadow* You know I highly doubt you have much room to talk either. After all, your mother-
Shadow:
*A calm anger is starting to build within him as he shoots daggers at Liana and cuts her off* I had no choice where my mother was concerned, thank you very much.
Liana:
OK, then... Calm down, Shadow, just breath. Anyway, we better get this blog introduced before the Creator comes and does it herself. As it is she won't be very happy with the mess we've made of the introductory post.
Shadow:
Right, right... Shall I start?
Liana:
It's fine, I'll handle it... OK, all of you viewers out there, welcome to Memory at Midnight... No, Shadow, Taine and I will not play a role in this story... Well, maybe we'll pop up in supporting roles- the creator hasn't really decided that yet... Anyway, welcome, and this is a blog that will cover the life of a girl who wakes up one day in a hospital with no recollection of who she is, but she has one token from her past that might hold the clues as to who she used to be. This token is a ring, but not just any ring. Rather, it is a silver promise ring engraved with the names 'Kiisha and Dakin.' So, that's all Shadow and I can tell you right now, but the Creator wanted us to let you know-
Shadow:
That the Prologue will be out soon... She just needs pictures to put to her words. Other than that, it's ready, she just needs to prepare the characters and the town, and she wanted everyone to also know that if anyone has any Sims they would like to donate to the cause- doctors would be great, as would residents of a dormitory in the hospital's backyard so that way nurses and doctors can keep an eye upon their patients while giving them a more... Ideal environment to live while they are monitored during their recovery...
*During Shadow's commercial-like message to the audience, Taine- the blue-haired boy- is slowly maneuvering his way back to the third keyboard set up for posting messages to the blog*
Taine:
And don't forget that I'm here because-
*Shadow runs at Taine who begins to run violently for fear of being caught by Shadow and injured*
Liana:
*Laughing at the mayhem* Well, I better take care of this before Taine loses his head to Shadow... Even though he is a pain in the butt... Anyway, check out the story when it gets posted, and whenever the Creator isn't around to post stories, I'll probably be here for your entertainment... I'll try and keep Taine away so that way we can get down to business and whatnot... Anyway, I will talk to you later! *Walking away from the keyboard and shouting* SHADOW! LET HIM BE! STOP! NO, SHADOW, YOU CAN NOT! PUT THE KNIFE DOWN! I DON'T CARE HOW ANGRY YOU ARE AT TAINE, YOU CANNOT- THE CREATOR WOULD BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU!
Memory at Midnight
The wind brushed lightly against my upturned cheek, sprinkling a thin film of dust across my vision as I lay on the abandoned pavement. My eyes closed in despair as my fingers softly caressed the asphalt. In the distance I could hear the solemn cries of a bird- I told myself that it was chirping out a peaceful farewell. At that moment my mind went blank, and I knew what is must mean: That the cold, cruel embrace had come to claim me for all eternity. This was the end.
